1. First and foremost we are an LGBTQ Friendly establishment. Any Racism, hatred, trolling, prejudice should remain outside of our establishment. If it is not, it will be dealt with accordingly.

2. Please leave external drama external. Anything that happens outside of the Underworld stays out of Underworld. Period.

3. There are no IRL sections in the discord for a reason. All of you are wonderful and beautiful, but we are here to enjoy content in the game, please keep all content shared and generated as in-game only.

4. The staff here set their own rates and make their own schedules. If you're curious about a staff member and booking them, ask!

5. After hours bookings are completely open to doing, as long as the staff member agrees.

6. When our music stream is up and running, any forms of harassment will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from the establishment and the stream.

7. WE ARE AN 18 + ESTABLISHMENT. Due to the content within and the services provided. Please respect this rule.

8. What happens in Underworld, stays in Underworld.

9. Please utilize the NSFW Channels for any and all NSFW content.

10. Our location can be found on Malboro Ward 19 Plot 13.

11. Our projected hours at this time will be Saturdays at 11 CST until 3 CST.

12. We are not councilors, please refrain from venting life's problems in the discord. Save that for PMs. We do our best to cater to and provide a positive environment and strive to do our best in doing so.

13. Please refrain from having weapons drawn or minions summoned during operating hours, unless it's for an event specific glam.

14. Please refrain from spamming emotes or utilizing shout and yell chat frequently inside of the venue.

15. Most importantly, should a situation arise that you feel should require management's attention, please do not refrain from messaging us in-game or on discord. I must say that if it is he/she said situation, please provide screenshots for supportive evidence when possible.
